Financial Analyst

KBC Advisors is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage the company’s real estate transaction reporting. We offer a dynamic, innovative workplace environment with a company that is reimagining industrial real estate.

As a Financial Analyst at KBC, you will partner with our finance team and market leaders to track and report on commissions and transaction activity. This role will also develop and deliver forecasting models for all of our markets across the country.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and own company revenue reporting process

Create custom commission reports for our market leaders and brokerage professionals

Input and track all transaction activity in our finance software (NetSuite)

Institute procedures around commissions, review processes, and approvals

Assist with data migration for historical transactions

Generate revenue volume and activity reporting for leadership team

Develop revenue forecasting models by market and team

Identify and analyze trends in activity by client/geography/asset class

Partner with Finance on other ad hoc reporting needs

Work with Accounting team on A/R efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in accounting and finance software solutions (e.g. QuickBooks, NetSuite)

Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required

5+ years of relevant work experience with revenue/real estate commissions

Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000, dependent upon experience.
