KBC Advisors is seeking a Geographic Information System (GIS) Intern to support our Location Intelligence team. We offer a dynamic, innovative workplace environment with a company that is reimagining industrial real estate.
As a GIS intern at KBC, you support our in-house Location Intelligence team, who are responsible for managing location data, labor analytics and mapping projects and deliverables for teams across the United States. KBC has cultivated an internship program that provides valuable career experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Mine and merge labor data from our provider to create automated report and information deliverables
Use resources and software like ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online and Business Analyst Online to build reports and deliverables
Build raster heat layers to support KBC’s data library in ArcGIS Online
Assist the Location Intelligence team as needed on client facing projects
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online and Business Analyst Online
Familiar with ESRI Enterprise, Server and publishing spatial data layers
Education and Experience
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program focused on GIS, or have completed an undergraduate degree and pursuing a GIS certificate
Able to work between 20 to 35 hours per week throughout the summer term
