Operations Coordinator

KBC Advisors is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our team! We offer a dynamic, innovative environment with a company that is reimagining industrial real estate.

As an Operations Coordinator at KBC, you will be responsible for project management and support for our Brokerage and People Operations teams. We’re looking for motivated, organized individuals with experience assisting leaders in executing operational projects and initiatives.

This is an in-office position in our Seattle, WA office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support KBC’s people and operational processes including but not limited to new hire onboarding, benefits administration and performance management.

Act as the main point of contact for pre-hire onboarding tasks.

Support KBC record-keeping practices for brokerage documentation and reporting, employee records and new hire paperwork.

Work with Human Resources and act as point of contact for benefits administration including new hire enrollment and company open enrollment periods.

Partner with Operations and People teams to define solutions for organizational issues and develop and implement creative solutions.

Manage process and procedure documentation for continuous improvement of internal work streams.

Create reports and presentations for management review.

Investigate problems and define solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required and experience with Sharepoint a plus.

Experience with employee record-keeping systems like ADP or Paylocity is a bonus.

Be detail-oriented with an eye for data quality and proactive.

Able to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree from a college or university, preferably in Business or Marketing (or similar field).

2+ years prior experience preferred.

Salary Range

This role’s expected annual base salary range is $58,000 - $70,000. We’ll consider a variety of factors when determining the offered base salary including candidate skills, abilities, location and market demands.
