KBC Advisors is seeking a Platform Services Specialist to support our team! We offer a dynamic, innovative - environment with a company that is reimagining industrial real estate.
As a Platform Service Specialist at KBC, you will be responsible for project management and transaction support for our brokerage and development teams. We’re looking for motivated, organized individuals with experience assisting brokerage teams in creating strategic plans and deliverables for transactions in the market.

This is an in-office position with openings in our Phoenix, AZ and Houston, TX offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and track transaction deliverables including project tracking, developing and editing marketing collateral, and creating campaign calendars and strategies.
Assist in identifying and tracking development and acquisition opportunities.
Produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals and online/email campaigns by partnering with the KBC marketing team; maintain KBC brand and messaging.
Manage property listing phase including site signage coordination, adding listing to various databases, coordinating site photos, etc.
Abstract leases and write proposals with direction from brokers through thoughtful communication and ensuring consistency in tone and content.
Regularly create and distribute property listing information, announcements and invitations; coordinate events related to client/tenant/company projects (tours, open houses, etc).
Maintain property listing websites.
Track and manage property marketing efforts and budgets.
Maintain market data, partnering with KBC Market Research and Data teams for best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of industrial real estate and a high capacity for independent decision-making and initiative
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Products including Photoshop and In Design required
Proficient experience/skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, and property database systems required
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree from a college or university, preferably in Business or Marketing (or similar field).
At least 1 year of prior experience, preferably in commercial real estate or client services.
Salary Range
The expected annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $95,000. We consider a variety of factors like location, skills and experience when determining base salary offered.
