Senior Platform Services Specialist

KBC Advisors is seeking a Senior Platform Services Specialist to support our team in Philadelphia, PA! We offer a dynamic, innovative workplace environment with a company that is disrupting the commercial real estate industry.

As a Senior Platform Services Specialist at KBC, you will be responsible for project management and transaction support for our Philadelphia brokerage team. We’re looking for motivated, organized individuals with experience assisting brokerage teams in creating strategic plans and deliverables for transactions in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and track transaction deliverables including project tracking, developing and editing marketing collateral and creating campaign calendars and strategies

Produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals and online/email campaigns by partnering with the KBC marketing team; maintain KBC brand and messaging

Regularly create and distribute property listing information, announcements and invitations; coordinate events related to client/tenant/company projects (tours, open houses, etc)

Maintain property listing websites

Track and manage property marketing efforts and budgets

Maintain Philadelphia market data, partnering with local Market Research and Data teams for best practices

Maintain Philadelphia marketing and deliverable template library

Preferred Qualifications

Strong organization and interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Adobe Creative Products including Photoshop and In Design required

Proficient experience/skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, and property database systems required

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree from a college or university is required, preferably in Business or Marketing (or similar field)

5+ years prior experience, preferably in commercial real estate marketing or client services
