Summer 2025 Brokerage Internship

KBC Advisors is searching for interns across the country to join us this summer! As a Brokerage Intern, you will learn from KBC’s leading brokerage professionals and gain real-world experience in industrial real estate sales and research.

Interns in this program will have an opportunity to support commercial real estate transactions through hands-on work and shadowing experienced sales professionals. Projects in this program include dissecting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting market research and partnering with KBC platform resources to complete special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Track Commercial Real estate transaction activity within the local market and region

Manage market data and findings, supporting KBC tracking and databases

Execute property, market and industry research

Support business development projects

Preferred Qualifications

Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to collaborate with a team and execute individually

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with CRM databases, such as Salesforce, a plus

Education and Experience

Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program

Previous internship experience a plus

Demonstrated leadership experience (including campus organizations, group projects, etc.)

Must be available for a minimum of eight continuous weeks between May and September 2025

Salary Range

$20 per hour
