Alexus joined KBC in June 2022 to assist in improving KBC’s overall creative footprint. Her previous expertise in the CRE industry predominantly came from her prior time at Brandywine Realty Trust as a Graphic Designer, where she served as the primary point person for all design initiatives and project management needs across several class A, large developments. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she attended Hussian College School of Art before securing an Advertising & Graphic Design Specialist position for The Philadelphia Business Journal. Additionally, Alexus served Creative Lead and Art Director positions at US Vision, Catalyst Outdoor Advertising, and The Philadelphia Inquirer. Her experience has led her to become a versatile designer across several mediums – varying from print to digital to UX and more. During her free time, she loves to be around family and friends. She additionally owns and operates a successful freelance business that focuses on a variety of brand development and fine arts needs. Being able to work in the creative field as an artist and doing what she loves is beyond rewarding. Her love for art is limitless and it is the passion of having the freedom to be creative is what drives her success.
