Andreya Derby started her real estate career in 2019. Prior to joining KBC, Andreya worked at CPX, where she gained invaluable expertise in Multifamily Investment sales. With an impressive background spanning over five years in the multifamily sector, Andreya previously served as a financial analyst at Pilot Property Management. During her tenure there, she actively contributed to various essential functions, such as underwriting, budgeting, and client development. Andreya's unique skill set encompasses an extensive understanding of the market, the ability to comprehend investors' long-term objectives, and a keen perspective on investment lifecycles from the client's standpoint. This enables her to deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet clients' specific needs and objectives. When she’s not working Andreya loves to travel, specifically to visit her sister in Ireland. In her free time, she enjoys cycling around the city, snowboarding, concerts, and trying new restaurants with friends.
