Prior to joining KBC, Cait spent the last five years as a leasing and development associate at Duke Realty, where she was responsible for negotiating and securing lease commitments from new and existing tenants for logistics space within the New Jersey and Pennsylvania portfolios. Over five years, Cait was involved in over 20 new, renewal, and build-to-suit lease transactions which totaled over 8.4M SF in the northeast region. Within the local commercial real estate community, Cait is an active alumni advisory board member for the Saint Joseph’s University Real Estate & Construction program and a mentor to the University’s real estate students. Outside of work, Cait enjoys climbing mountains in the Catskills with her two dogs, paddle boarding at the Jersey Shore, and hanging out center stage at live music performances.
