Caroline joined KBC to support the Southern California brokerage business. Before joining KBC, Caroline worked at Colliers, focusing on the Inland Empire market as an industrial real estate specialist. She has experience in both landlord and tenant rep in sales, leasing and development transactions. Her expertise allows her to provide excellent service to clients, whether they are seeking to acquire, dispose of or develop industrial properties. Before moving to commercial real estate, Caroline was a celebrity fashion stylist, working on red carpets, movie sets and events for a wide range of clients. When Caroline is not at work she loves spending time on the beach, visiting family back home in Louisiana, and enjoying life living on the Newport Peninsula. Caroline attended Louisiana Tech University where she studied communications.
