Born and raised in Aberdeen, Jane is a true Washington native and earned her B.A. in Strategic Communication from Washington State University. She joined KBC Advisors in 2019, because every growing company needs HR to curb the fun. Working with leadership, Jane’s focus is translating business vision into initiatives that impact team performance, growth and engagement. Prior to joining KBC, Jane worked at CBRE Affordable Housing, supporting senior leadership to create and implement initiatives for employee relations, recruiting, and annual strategic planning. In her free time, you’ll likely find Jane traveling, searching for Seattle's best martini, or cheering on Washington State (Go Cougs!).
