Jeff Butler is based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining KBC, Jeff Butler worked at CBRE as a Senior Valuation Associate where he appraised a variety of properties including retail, office, medical office, industrial flex space, and land. Additionally, Jeff performed a variety of consulting assignments including feasibility studies, market rent studies, and tertiary market research comparable projects. Originally from Colorado, Jeff's athletic abilities include hiking, skiing, and just generally being outdoors. He also enjoys taking a swing on the golf course from time to time - what he lacks in true talent, he makes up for in enthusiasm. Jeff also enjoys playing guitar, traveling and cheering on the Horned Frogs. Jeff still holds on to his dream of becoming an NFL quarterback, although it appears his window is closing.
