Kent joined KBC to support development operations in Dallas. Kent began his career at Trammell Crow Company where he worked his way up to Development Partner. After his time at Trammell Crow, he led business development efforts at Clayco Construction and Development for several years. For the last 20 years, and prior to joining KBC, Kent has been responsible for all aspects of industrial development and ownership for the Southern Region (including Mexico) of Logistics Property Co and its predecessor company Ridge Development. Throughout his career, Kent has developed well over $1.5B in industrial real estate, spanning both Texas and Mexico. Kent is an avid TCU Horned Frog Fan where he received his MBA. He and his wife have two daughters and two grandkids. In his spare time Kent enjoys hunting, fly fishing, travel and golf.
