Raised in Arizona, Riley moved to Seattle several years ago after completing her B.S. in Tourism Management and Development at Arizona State University. She spent two years in the hospitality industry before discovering her passion for real estate. In 2014 she began working for DCT Industrial – a real estate company specializing in the acquisition, development, leasing, and ownership of high-quality distribution assets in logistics markets. At DCT, she was involved in over 3 million square feet of lease transactions and 2.5 million square feet of new development. Riley brings this experience and enthusiasm in leasing, development, property management, and project coordination to the KBC team. When not working, Riley, a self-proclaimed foodie, enjoys cat show competitions, cooking and exploring new cuisine. She also loves spending time with her husband and two cats, traveling, exercising, gardening, and listening to all types of live music but is partial to German Heavy Metal bands.
