Rose’s career has spanned various industries including both residential and commercial real estate, healthcare, nonprofit, insurance, and technology. She brings a background of project and program management, working across teams and functions at all levels of organizations for both internal and external projects including corporate development M&A, as well as experience articulating and guiding strategic initiatives from the C-suite. Rose is a true “Swiss Army knife”, driving a range of initiatives from branding, public relations, product development, corporate philanthropy, and employee engagement in organizations ranging from a privately held small business to a Fortune 500 firm. After playing college rugby, Rose turned to a gentler sport of dressage - a.k.a. “horse ballet”. In her free time, she can be found at the barn with her now retired mare, tackling never-ending yardwork under the watchful supervision of her two dogs, a Rhodesian Ridgeback and Mountain Cur, or wine-tasting with her husband, Brandon.
