Sam Higgins began his commercial real estate career in 2001, focusing on the East Bay Industrial Market. Sam came to KBC from Cushman & Wakefield with his great friend and business partner, Tom Damaschino, to open up KBC's NorCal office in the Spring of 2021. Spending much of his time on client boondoggles, he still finds a way to be incredibly productive leasing and selling industrial real estate. He provides expertise and strategy to owners and occupiers leveraging his relationships and market knowledge. Born in San Francisco and native of the East Bay, Sam is a very proud father of his two sons and husband of 25 years. His favorite activities include hiking and skiing the Sierra’s, 49er games, mountain biking, golf, traveling, and being with his white golden retriever, Tank. Sam graduated from Cal State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science, and played for their DII soccer team for a year. A couple of fun facts: Sam lived in Seoul, Korea with his family for 3 years when he was 9 years old and was a Semester at Sea voyager in spring 1993. He is also a professional chef on the Green Egg (ask about Higgy Chicken).
